Dr.Alex Ruane works for NASA as a climatologist.

This 21 March 2023 interview is on Australian TV following 44 hours straight of negotiations with world delegations in Switzerland to get agreement on language about climate change impacts that will now shape policy - and hopefully introduce some desperately needed changes in the way people live and think about energy, resources, and life on the planet. He is part of an international team of scientists/lead authors (and one of only 3 or 4 American scientists) coordinating the work of scientists world-wide to complete the comprehensive mega-report recently published by the International Panel of Climate Change.
